Noel is a sought-after communications advisor who has been involved with progressive campaigns and causes since 1994. He has held positions advising the Ontario Liberal Caucus, the Minister of Training, Colleges and Universities, and the UK’s Department of Health, as well as public sector organizations and charities. On the campaign trail, he has produced some of the most effective print, digital, and social media products of the past six years. His pieces have helped vault a provincial candidate to an electoral breakthrough with the highest plurality of any swung riding in Ontario, spurred an upset victory in a nomination that received national attention, and dramatically increased the identified supporters, volunteers, unsolicited sign requests, and unsolicited donations of several municipal candidates in Toronto.
Noel’s unique educational background in advocacy, psychology, semiotics, and linguistics is his key to crafting content that clicks and sticks and messaging that goes viral. He holds a BA, LL.B, and LL.M.
